REAL Watersports is currently seeking experienced kiters, surfers, foilers, and wingers to fill seasonal Coach positions. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of their sport, excellent communication skills, is positive, patient, and safety focused. They adapt well to a dynamic environment and enjoy being outside in the elements. They conduct themselves in a professional and safe manner and are committed to providing the highest level of coaching and customer service to all guests. Prior coaching experience is preferred.
